Messy Church is church for families, involving FUN!
It is found across the world. Its values are about being Christ-centred, for all ages, based on creativity, hospitality and celebration.
It usually takes place on the first Friday of the month (with the exception of August) from 4.45pm - 6.30pm.
Come and enjoy crafts, a time of celebration and time to eat with your family!
You can usually find photos of the latest session on the Sark Sanctuary Centre Facebook page.

Godly Play lunchtime Club (new timetable coming soon!)
Godly Play is based upon the recognition that children have an innate sense of the presence of God. All they lack is the appropriate language to help them identify and express it so it can be explored and strengthened. The Godly Play approach teaches classical Christian language in a way that enhances the child’s authentic experience of God so it can contribute to the creative life of the child and the world.
This unique approach to religious education invites children to wonder about themselves, God and the world in a way that is playful and meaningful to them. Godly Play respects the innate spirituality of children and encourages them to use their curiosity and imagination to experience the mystery and joy of God.
Children have a snack, listen to a Godly Play story, followed by a time of ‘wondering’. The children are free to respond to the story, or any aspect of it, by using a range of craft materials, and dramatising using play equipment ,and interacting with the story materials.
